Great location. Friendly staff and good facilities. Amazing views and right beside the kids ski school. Piou Piou right of front of apartment so you can watch your kids from the balcony.

A bit tired in places. Kitchen and beds need work. Our bed sagged in the middle.

When we checked in, there was an awful, musty smell in one of the bathrooms. So the staff relocated us to a larger and much nicer apartment for the week.

Ski room presses are very basic, no heated boots in the morning!! Also, furthermost apartment from the village.

Quality beds, good pool and spa area, quiet location, big for us (we booked for 10 people)

Direct access to the ski slope, the kitchen is fully equiped and the sofa bed is actually quite comfortable.

The studio was at ground floor, so there was no balcony and hardly any view.

Lovely rooms. We booked 4 separate rooms as there were 24 of us. No issues; very helpful and kind staff; the Spa area a bonus though must be booked beforehand. Very clean apartments. Our TV wasn't working and this was raised on the first day and someone came to fix it within the next 30 min!

- It’s really close to the slope so it’s extremely convenient to ski in/out but be aware that it’s a blue piste. We stayed in the studio on the ground floor so I can comfortably leave skis outside the window during lunch time. - The staff are really nice and helpful too. - Very close to the grocery store.

- I understood that I booked a studio for 2 people only but why don’t you just provide a normal bed instead of an uncomfortable sofa bed? There’re 2 pillows provided but one is too high and the other is too low. I got a strained neck because of it… - Although it’s a serviced apartment, don’t expect that you have everything available to you. There were coffee machines but no coffee pods/bags were provided. Also there’s no kitchen foil if you want to use the oven. The kettle is slowly leaking so you’ll find the kettle soaked in water in a few hours. More ridiculously, you are only provided with 1 bin liner, 3 washing tablets and 1 toilet roll for a 7-day stay. After you used up them you will need to purchase them yourself in the grocery store. - If you didn’t arrive by car, it can take a bit of effort to walk to the apartment with suitcases. - It’s located at the upper part of Belle Plagne so it’s a bit far away from fancy restaurants and the patisserie. - The studio is on the ground floor and only one lift can get down to the ground floor. During busy hours you’ll need to wait a bit to get the lift and then head back. There is a security door on ground floor which you can get out but you don’t get the key to get back in (we were told it’s for security reasons but I don’t see why it would be insecure if I close it behind me…). - It’s quite cold in the room. - You can tell a lot of parts in the room are quite old as they already start to wobble such as the kitchen tap.
